Emery Clay Leamon born July 25th, 1937 in Greer County Oklahoma. Passed away peacefully from this earth, July 22nd 2017 at his home in Hempstead Texas.
He is survived by his wife Joyce Lavada (Farmer) Leamon of the home, and four children. Connie Cahill and husband Mike of Goodyear Az., Monty Leamon and wife Cindy of Waxahachie Tx., Penny Leamon of Amarillo Tx., and Jenny Gipson and Husband Dain of Hempstead Tx. Grand Children Deon Cahill, of Goodyear Az. Amber Cahill and Brandon Smith of Goodyear Az., Sasha Leamon of Waxahachie Tx., Kali Lotspeich and husband Allen, of Waxahachie Tx., Tilden Leamon and wife Brittney of Dallas Tx., Kennan Leamon of Waxahachie Tx., Great Grandchildren include Kynlee, Annsley, Laysa,Lilly, Tilden Clay II, and Delia Kaye.(He is also survived by three brothers, and two sisters.)
Mr. Leamon was preceded in death by his parents Rhese and Nettie Estell (Lyons) Leamon of Mangum Oklahoma, as well as three sisters and one brother.
The family will greet friends at visitation from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Friday, July 28, 2017 at Greer Funeral Home in Mangum.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Mangum. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Mangum under the direction of Greer Funeral Home, Mangum, Oklahoma.
