Earnest W. Snodgrass was born on October 1st, 1909 in Carbon, TX to Claude and Ida Milburne Snodgrass. He died on October 21st, 1990 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a farmer and a ginner at Humphreys Co-op.

Survivors include: three sons, Bill and Wayne Snodgrass of Altus, OK and Bud Snodgrass of Hemet, CA; two daughters, Earnesteen Dalton of Altus, OK and Peggy Terrill of Dallas, TX; one brother, Jim Snodgrass of Thousand Ponds, CA; three sisters, Edith Currence of Phoenix, AZ, Lorene Green of Santa Ana, CA and Iva Doran of Pasadena, CA; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
