Earnest Franklin Snell age 62, of Altus, Oklahoma died April 25, 1964 at Memorial Hospital. He was born February 22, 1902 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Benjemin F. and Susie (Brown) Snell. He had lived in Jackson since 1956. He married Olene Tierce May 31, 1958.
Funeral services for Earnest Franklin Snell are scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 1964 at 10:00am in First Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Gene Garrison and Lester Myers. Burial will follow in the Edmond, Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Earnest Franklin Snell is survived by his wife, Olene, of the home; sons, Earnest Franklin Snell Jr, of San Francisco, California; Virgil Snell, Dallas, Texas; Joe, Bartlesville, Oklahoma; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Chandler, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, one brother George Snell, Vernon, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Enz Sugg.
