Obituary for Dudley Ray Testerman
Dudley Ray Testerman, age 65, of Hollis, Oklahoma passed away Thursday morning January 18, 2018 in Hollis, Oklahoma.

Dudley was born in Altus, Oklahoma on December 1, 1952, to Ray E. and Charlottie (Heath) Testerman. Growing up in Harmon County, Dudley graduated from Hollis High School in 1972. He shortly entered the United States Army where he actively served 2 years during the Vietnam War. Dudley married Karen Gaye Seddon at her parent’s home on April 1, 1977. Dudley and Karen began their family with daughter, Jennifer, and expanded their family in 1984 with their second daughter, Ashley, and 1987 with their third daughter Jenna.

In addition to working with the family custom harvest business, growing up Dudley worked at Oscar Bryant’s Station and the Daisy Queen. Upon returning home from the army, Dudley began his own custom harvesting business which he later expanded to Testerman Trucks and module hauling. He also enjoyed working out of his shop in Gould not only for himself but for others. If you had a need for speed or a mechanical problem of any kind, Dudley had a solution. Many years of “shop talk”, good friends, and great memories were made there at his shop in Gould. Dudley continued to work at his passion until he was no longer able in 2007. He was a Dale Earnhardt enthusiast and clever practical joker who enjoyed racing, fishing, and building motors. Dudley was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hollis.

Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, infant sister and Karen (Suzie) Snitker, and one great-nephew Keaton Owens. He is survived by his wife of 40 years Karen Testerman of the home in Hollis. Three daughters: Jennifer McQueen of Hollis; Ashley and husband Matt Thornbrough of Sayre; Jenna and husband Brady Redd of Sayre; Six grandchildren: Karsyn, Kreid and Kynslie McQueen, Colt and Cannon Thornbrough, and Willa Mae Redd.
