Obituary for Doyle Goss
Doyle Goss, age 57, of Eldorado, died yesterday at Ayers Nursing Home in Snyder, OK. Services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Church of Christ in Eldorado with Rod Carrol officiating. Interment will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home. Mr. Goss will lie in state Saturday at the Lowell Funeral Chapel in Eldorado.
Born August 10th, 1926 in Eldorado, he farmed and managed a package store. He married Joyce Ansel July 7, 1951 in Eldorado.
Survivors include: his wife, Joyce Goss of the home in Altus; four boys, Johnnie Goss of Oklahoma City, OK, Stephen Goss of Altus, Danny Goss of Oklahoma City, OK and Dean Goss of the home; one daughter, Diana Goss Carroll of Chickasha, OK; two brothers, Fred Goss and Donald Goss of Eldorado; five sisters, Edith Watson of Cache, OK, Lena Dickerson and Gladys Hammersley of Eldorado, Ruth Dickerson of Dumas, TX and Hazel Marshall of Placerville, CA; his Mother, Sadie Goss of Eldorado; three grandchildren.
