Obituary for Donna Celeste Bryant
Donna Celeste Bryant went to the place that's the best and met the Spirit in the sky on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. She joined her mother Louise Manley and her sister Ronda.
She will be waiting on the other side for her husband of almost 40 years, Jackie Ray Bryant; her father, Jene Manley, her brother Michael J. Manley and wife Fran; her children, Brandy and Fred Willis, Tanya Lett, Brandon Bryant and Jessica. She will also be waiting for six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Celeste was a wife, a mother, and a businesswoman. Celeste taught us all to love big and live life to the fullest. She was born and raised in Hollis and resided in many parts of southwest Oklahoma. She concurrently graduated high school and beauty school in 1973. She obtained an associate degree from Western Oklahoma State College and went on to further her education in business at the University in Weatherford. She worked alongside Ida as a beautician for a short time before transitioning to her passion of grooming dogs since "They don't refix my hair-dos or complain, and they are always happy to see me!" Celeste married her husband, Jackie, January 23, 1981 in Childress, Texas. She established her own business with her husband, J-C K9 Enterprises, in the late 1980s. Under J-C K9 enterprises, Jackie taught obedience training while Celeste groomed dogs. At this time, Jackie and Celeste also formally opened their Kennel. Over the years, they have raised many breeds and thousands of puppies for loving homes. Celeste enjoyed traveling with the windows down and Elvis on the radio no matter the destination. She loved the classics and watching Harry Potter with the family held a special place in her heart.
Her life will be celebrated with an intimate memorial at First Baptist Church of Hollis, Oklahoma on Monday, December 28 at 1:00 p.m.
