Diana Shuffler was born July 5, 1948 at Wichita, Kansas. She died September 27, 1993 at Altus, Oklahoma, She graduated from Sentinel High School in 1966. She had been a resident of Dallas for a number of years before moving to Altus in 1989. She had been heavily involved with the Handicapped and Special Olympics programs. She was a life time member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post # 4876 of Altus.

Services are scheduled for 10 am Thursday at the Lowell-Tims Chapel. Interment will be in the Sentinel Cemetery with Sonny Tims officiating. The family will be receiving visitors at the Funeral Home Wednesday night between 6:00 and 8:00pm.

Mrs. Shuffler is survived by her parents Paul and Anona Cooper of Altus Oklahoma; Clint Goodwin of Wichita, Kansas; children, Lisa Carter of Searcy, Arkansas; Joy Fry of Tyler, Texas; brothers Mike Goodwin of Wichita Kansas; Jerry Goodwin of Wichita Kansas; sisters, Lea Ann Daffron of Duke, Oklahoma; Vikie Hooley of Mangum, Oklahoma; Suzanne Lewis of Wichita, Kansas; Janet Richardson of Wicthiat, Kansas; many nieces and nephews; a special friend Al Wooldridge of Altus.
