Obituary for Deon Justin Poolaw
Deon Justin Poolaw, 26, of Olustee, Oklahoma, passed away to be with Our Lord Jesus Christ on January 20, 2022.
Deon was born on July 15, 1995 in Oklahoma City, OK to parents, Dean and Cristina Ann Poolaw. He grew up in the Olustee area and graduated high school there with the class of 2014. Deon enjoyed taking care of his chickens and roosters, working with his dad dry walling, listening to music, smoking, and hanging out with his friends. His presence will be missed greatly by his family and all those who knew him.
Deon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Refugio Garcia; his grandmother, Shirley Poolaw; and his uncle, Danny Poolaw.
Left to cherish his memory are his father, Dean John Poolaw of Altus, Oklahoma, Mother, Cristina Poolaw of Olustee, Oklahoma; his grandmother, Mary Garcia; one brother, Darius Poolaw; three special aunts: Kelly and Maria of Altus, OK and Rose and Frank Pritchard of Ft. Worth, Texas; two cousins: Jasmine and Frank Jr.; as well as many other family members and friends.
