She lived and worked in the Paynesville area, where she met Steve Jensen. They dated for a time, and married on September 14th, 1974. After their youngest child was born, they moved south to Oklahoma, where they chose to raise their family. Cris was a stay-at-home mom, a volunteer at the Lutheran church, and one of the best artists the world never knew.
The number of friends she made along the way cannot be counted. Cris truly never met a stranger--she was and will always be known as a haven. She was able to donate part of her earthly body for others, and would ask that you consider the same. Please visit donatelife.net for more information.
The memorial service will be at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Thomas street here in altus at 1400 on Friday the third of September 2021.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
