Charles DeWitt (C. D.) Mendenhall
C. D. Mendenhall passed away February 26, 1966 in the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He was born March 15, 1881 in Macon County, Missouri to Mr. and Mrs Gorge Mendenhall. His wife Dolly preceded him in death on January 3, 1965.
C. D. is survived by two sons: R. D. of the home in Altus, Oklahoma and W. B. of Amarillo, Texas, four Daughters: Mrs R. H. Tyler of San Antonio, Texas, Mrs. Ray Kincannon of Imperial, Kansas, Mrs. Ada Thompson and Mrs. Bruce Hyde both of Altus, Oklahoma, two sisters: Mrs. J. H. Neal of Durant, Oklahoma and Mrs. A. W. Wininger of Duncan, Oklahoma, two brothers: Otis of Bakersfield, California and Albert of Turlock, California. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 11;00 a.m. on Monday, February 28, 1966 at Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
