Cathy Lynn Clary, age 54, passed away Thursday morning, February 23, 2012, at her residence in Mangum.
Cathy was born in Mangum, on January 16, 1958, to Elvis V. and Emma Marie (Smith) Derr. A 1976 graduate of Mangum High School, Cathy completed the medical laboratory studies at Sayre Junior College in the late 1970"s. Moving to Woodward for a short time, she returned to Mangum in 1998, and lived there until her untimely death. In her spare time, Cathy enjoyed watching television, playing computer games, video games and shopping. Her favorite television program was Billy the Exterminator.
Preceded in death by her father, she is survived by her mother, Marie Derr, one brother, Gary Derr and wife Cindy of Mangum along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Greer Funeral Home of Mangum. A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
