Boyd W. Stout age 49, of Altus, Oklahoma died July 27, 1969 at Memorial Hospital in Altus.
He was born November 26, 1919 in Altus, Oklahoma to John R. and Date (Smith) Stout, Pioneers Settlers of Jackson County. He married Wanda Hinner March 26, 1948. He graduated from Altus High School in 1937 and remained a resident of Altus all of his life. He was a member of the Methodist Church, Elks Lodge, Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge and a farmer.
Funeral services for Boyd W. Stout are scheduled for 2:00pm Tuesday July 29, 1969 at the First United Methodist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Darrell Hardy and Rev. Alonzo Battles. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Boyd W, Stout is survived by his wife Wanda of the home in Altus, Oklahoma; two daughters, Kathy Stout, of the home in Altus; Deborah Stout of the home in Altus; two brothers, Glenn Stout, Altus, Oklahoma; Ivan Stout, Austin, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Lois Backus, Austin, Texas.
