Obituary for Blanche Stroud Starkey
Blanche Starkey, age 93, of Altus, Oklahoma passed away November 8, 1982, at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus.

Blanche was born October 12, 1889, in Headrick, Oklahoma to John D. and Emma (Hallums) Stroud. She married Jerry Starkey and he preceded her in death in 1967. Elsie had been a resident of southwest Oklahoma all of her life.

Funeral services for Blanche Starkey are planned for November 10, 1982 at 2 pm in Tims Chapel of Memories, officiated by Rev. Keith Wiginton. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the directions of Tims Funeral home.

Blanche is survived by her brother John A. Stroud, Atlanta, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
