Billy O'Neal Riddle was born April 13, 1931 at Valliant, Oklahoma. He died March 30, 1991 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Riddle October 8, 1965 in Vernon, Texas. He moved to Jackson County in 1965 from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Church of God. Bill served in the Korean War with the US Army. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the VFW Post 4876.

Services are scheduled for 2:30 pm Wednesday April 3, 1991 at the Lowell-Tims Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Lynn Gibson. Interment will be in the Altus Cemetery with Military Honors.

Mr. Riddle is survived by his wife, Evelyn Riddle, Blair, Oklahoma; brothers J. W. Riddle, Dill City, Oklahoma; Brack Riddle, Redmond, Washington; Jack Riddle, Spencer, Oklahoma; fourty-one nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

Mr. Riddle was preceded in death by his mother and father.
