GRAY

Billy (Bill) Mac Gray, son of Mack and Enid (Gabbard) Gray was born June 3, 1948, at Wilburton, Oklahoma and passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Integris Baptist Hospital, in Oklahoma City at the age of 67.

Bill moved to Blair with his parents and family when he was 8 years old. He spent the remainder of his life there with the exception of twelve years while serving with the USAF and USAF reserves in Oklahoma City. He moved back to Blair in 1981 and continued his career with the Federal Civil Service, in the Aircraft Simulation career field, at Altus AFB. He retired in August 2003, with 35 years service to the US government.

Bill was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blair.

He met Rose (Marquez) Gray in Blair and they married March 23, 1985. He loved and cherished her very much.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife Rose of the home; a son, Billy Gray II and wife Christy of Blair; one daughter, Alicia Marquez of Hobart; four grandsons Richard Reynolds and wife Kenna, Tyler Gray and wife Brittany, Brayden Gray and Devyn Lenard; two granddaughters Melynda Ruiz and Dena Joy Ruiz and fianc", Jesse Winters; one great-grandson, Camrin; two great-granddaughters, Aria and Caydence all of Altus; three brothers, Bobby (Bob) Gray and wife Karyl of Blair, Donnie Gray and wife Nelda, Carl Gray and wife Sheila all of Kingston, Oklahoma; a sister Elveta Davis and husband Tommy, of Blair; one sister-in-law, Jackie Gray of Dalhart, Texas; a large number of brothers and sisters-in law, Mary of Cordell, RL of Frederick, Juan and Madge of Altus, Josie and Sam of Cordell, Fran and George of Vernon, Texas, Mario and Tonia of Sayre and Luis of Cordell; the mother of Billy and Cynthia (Cindi), Nan Zinn Reynolds; Scott Gordon, whom he loved as his own grandsons along with a great number of nieces, nephews, plus many friends and relatives scattered all over these United States.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Enid Gray; a very beloved and missed daughter, Cynthia (Cindi); two sisters Norma Gray and Mary (Sis) Newberry; two brothers, Marvin (Moe) and Walter (Red); one brother-in-law Jack Newberry and parents-in-law Guadalupe and Juliana Marquez.

He enjoyed fishing and golf as hobbies but especially enjoyed doing things for people that really appreciated his help.

The immediate family will greet friends and family on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, from 6 until 7 p.m., at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Billy Gray will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home of Altus.
