Obituary for Beatrice Boyd
Beatrice Boyd, age 90, long time resident of Altus, passed away Wednesday afternoon at the Altus House Nursing Home. Services have been set for Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the New Hope Baptist Church officiated by The Reverend Theron Booker. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Freedom Funeral Chapel.

Born December 24, 1898 in Cass County, Texas. She was the daughter of Henry and Winnie Lewis. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one son, Willie Hill of Altus; one daughter, Mary Branch of Altus; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
