Obituary for Barney Kansas Gillis
Funeral services have been set for Mr. Barney K. Gillis, age 68, of Route #1, Elmer, for Wednesday, at 2:00 P.M., at Lowell Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home. Mr. Gillis died Sunday in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Mr. Gillis was a Veteran of World War II.

Survivors include: three brothers, Harry of Olustee, J.T. of Conroe, TX, and Eugene of Ft. Worth; four sisters, Mrs. Maggie Ware of Hess, Mrs. Livina Hatcher of Bakersfield, CA and Mrs. Pauline
Hatcher of Ft. Worth, TX and Mrs. Madie Slaughter of Waaxahachie, TX.
