Arja Snow Walker, 83, long time resident of Altus died at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital Thursday. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00pm Saturday at the Altus Cemetery officiated by Milford Fagan. arrangements are with Lowell-Tims Funeral Home. Mrs. Walker was born August 3, 1907 in Texas. She married Clarence Otho Walker July 17, 1926 in Coalgate, Oklahoma and moved to Altus in the 1940's/ She was a long time member of the Ridgecrest Church of Christ.

Mrs. Walker is survived by her daughter, Jean Carter, Altus, Oklahoma; brother, Henry Snow, Abeline, Texas; grandchildren, Jan Thedford, Moore, Oklahoma; LouAnne Wood, Newcastle, Oklahoma; Estill Springs, Tennessee; six great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Otho Walker, son, Otho Walker, Jr. grandson Tommy Walker.
