Ways to Personalize a Funeral Our funeral director will carefully explain various options you may want to consider in order to customize a funeral that reflects the personality of the loved one you are honoring. For Instance: The printed program for the service can include up to 5 color photographs along with a favorite quote or expression. You can have your loved one dressed in clothing from his or her own wardrobe that reflects his or her unique personality. You may encourage family and friends to bring photgraphs and special items and display them on our "Memory" table. This could include objects that reflect a favorite hobby, like golf or needle-point. Include a video presentation during the service that incorporates home movies of your love one. A casket can be personalized in a number of ways, including choice of color, symbols,and theme. You may want to select special music, not just traditional hymns, but songs that were meaningful to the deceased. Eulogies from family members and good friends often are the most poignant and memorable aspects of a funeral service.You may want to consider filming them in advance.
